Sales Performance Consultancy services are also provided – these include Training for Sales Officers (proactive contact, managing a sales pipeline, how to conduct sales interviews effectively, and how to stay in contact and build relationships with clients), and Training for Sales Leaders (how to monitor, motivate and coach sales teams using Sales Management Routines); How to drive sales performance; and How to create sales opportunities for sales teams. The principal is an experienced Leader, a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, as well as a trained Sales Trainer. Client feedback on the impact of all training solutions has been excellent, with workshops being interactive, using different techniques including team exercises and role plays to reinforce learning, and fun.
